EduCon 2025

I had 19 students create a workable Court in three months time. They met with politicians, judges, administration, students, school committee, and a whole host of other people to put this together. They created a student Court that would take on disciplinary infractions within the school setting and give the students an opportunity to be heard at a hearing. At that hearing the student jury would then assign them the appropriate disposition based on the ideas of Restorative practice. Then if the respondent fulfilled the disposition the offense would be removed from their conduct record.
