After 10 years of experience in the classroom it has become clear that, despite having a shared format and mindset, the ways in which teachers plan varies drastically both within and across subject areas (which isn't necessarily a bad thing!). During this conversation, we will be tackling some tougher questions that aren't talked about enough:\r\n\r\n- How long are you actually spending on planning? How long should you spend?\r\n- What should new teachers focus on when first designing inquiry driven units?\r\n- How detailed should daily lessons be?\r\n- Who are we actually planning for? Us? Administrators? Students?
